Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at PB1965! We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason that is not the case, we will always make things right. All products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. For items to be eligible for return, ensure that the product follows these requirements:

• The order was purchased in the last 30 days
• Tags are still attached to the product
• The product is not damaged or used
• Ability to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

If the items do not comply with the above-mentioned criteria they will not be considered for a return or refund.

Shipping charges incurred in association with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for any and all costs of shipping and held liable for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from PB1965.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

If the return is accepted, please send the product back in the original packaging (or customer provided packaging) and proof of purchase.
